Business Development Representative

At Starling Chevrolet, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and coordinating all incoming telephone sales inquiries, showroom floor requests, and internet queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to sales requests by coordinating with the manager.
  • Follow up with all non-appointment incoming sales calls.
  • Contact unsold showroom traffic leads.
  • Follow up with missed appointments.
  • Confirm pending appointments.
  • Work with internet sales leads by contacting customers and setting an appointment for a dealership visit.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the department manager.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education or coursework desired.
  • Previous call center experience highly desirable, but not needed.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Able to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
  • Professional appearance and confident phone voice/skills.
  • Computer and internet skills.
