About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Business Development & Sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and qualify new business opportunities to achieve annual revenue goals
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities through sales calls, referrals, and market research
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to target high-potential customers
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through ongoing support and value-added services
  • Collaborate with the RVP of Sales and local Pharmacy Director to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Long Term Care experience preferred
  • Two or more years of prior sales experience background required
  • Three to five years of prior healthcare sales, medical equipment sales, consumer products and services/solutions sales experience a plus
  • Experience selling and negotiating contracts for products and services a plus
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite including: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 75%
