Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Medical Surgical team at Trident Medical Center. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and coordination of all functions in the unit during your designated shift.

About the Role
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and excellent patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing assessment of quality patient care services provided in the unit.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create a culture of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.

Requirements:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure in the state of South Carolina.
  • Minimum one year experience as an RN in an acute care setting.
