Surgical Nurse Coordinator Position for Experienced RNs

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Post Surgical Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN at Trident Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during designated shifts.

About the Role:- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
- Participate in ongoing assessments of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
- Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.

What You Will Need:- Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina
- Minimum of one year of RN experience in an acute care setting
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 90 days of employment start date
