Job Description

We are seeking a talented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Capital One. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior executives and contribute to the success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage complex schedules for multiple executives, ensuring seamless coordination and communication
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior executives
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive assistants, department heads, and team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite
