Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for Healthcare Operations who will assist in the planning, organizing, controlling and coordinating of administrative and office operations in various organizational settings and modalities in the delivery of business and management support systems, health care and patient support systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of reports and analysis to support departmental objectives
  • Liaise between departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Assist with planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including coordinating meetings and preparing correspondence
Requirements
  • A Baccalaureate degree in disciplines such as Business Administration, Engineering or Social Sciences, Health Care Specialization, Physical Sciences or related discipline
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative, managerial and consultative experience and background
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and work under pressure
Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
