As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide critical support to our staff by managing office operations, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining accurate records.

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $55,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, client information, and program data.
  • Provide technical assistance to staff members on software applications, hardware, and other technical issues.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
