Job Description:
  • Develop a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and expansion
  • Pursue new relationships and clients through aggressive prospecting and lead generation
  • Manage lead qualification and conversion from interested prospects, leveraging strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Build a portfolio of clients and contacts, collaborating with the marketing team to target specific users and use cases
  • Foster engagement with current and potential students through social media and digital platforms, organizing workshops, seminars, and promotion events

As a Sales Development Manager at WeEducation Group, Inc., you will be responsible for developing a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and expansion in the education solutions market. You will pursue new relationships and clients through aggressive prospecting and lead generation, managing lead qualification and conversion from interested prospects.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and presentation skills, demonstrated sales leadership ability across various settings, knowledge of sales principles and practices, and passion for helping advance the mission of WeEducation Group, Inc.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
