Job Title: Sales Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Development Manager to manage and rapidly expand our footprint within the Private Equity market across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an effective business development strategy to ensure territory coverage
  • Devise a working pattern and cadence that produces consistent results
  • Ensure prospects receive the top buying experience in the market
  • Assess customer needs and make the best recommendations
  • Guide and control a talented team to deliver excellent results
  • Demonstrate strong value propositions through product demos that engage customers
  • Manage and accurately forecast opportunities in both active and nurturing pipelines

Requirements:

  • A full-time role with flexibility to work hours dictated by territory (entire North America)
  • Based in our expanding FiDi New York Office
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a large territory with thousands of targets
  • Effective research skills utilizing data sources to prepare for prospect calls/demonstrations
  • Positive communication skills that grab attention during sales engagement
  • Active listening skills to identify pain points and focus conversations on customers
  • Calm objection handling ability during sales engagement
  • Steely determination to be the top player in this space

Compensation:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
