Job Title: Client Service Representative

Job Summary:

Heritage Wealth Advisors, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team. As a Client Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to our high net-worth individual and family clients, assisting with tax preparation and planning services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Review Tax Documents: Prepare individual, fiduciary, and pass-through entity income tax returns and complete electronic workpapers.
  • Assist with Tax Planning Strategies: Assist with tax planning strategies for clients and coordinate estimated tax payments.
  • Support Administrative Department: Assist the Administrative department with scanning and processing of tax returns.
  • Client Communication: Draft client communications, including written correspondence, and update and maintain client communications, tasks, and appointments in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Support Heritage Team: Support the Heritage team with day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Recent graduate, junior or senior year students in relevant subjects (ie: accounting, finance, economics, additional fields of study for consideration).
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0
  • Commitment: Minimum commitment of 15-20 hours a week, in-person, with opportunity for additional hours.
  • Location: In-person work required in our Richmond, VA, office.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), intellectually curious, organized, excellent analytical, and time management skills, effective communication skills, both verbal and written, self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a desire to work collaboratively.
