Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at TechnoGen. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that meet the business requirements and goals of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business analysts, and developers, to plan and execute project sprints.
Perform code reviews and ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals.
Help establish the scope and effort estimates for development projects.
Ensure that development projects are adaptable and willing to take on tasks that may fall outside of the typical responsibilities of a developer to help the team meet sprint goals.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce customization on the Lightning platform, including Lightning Components, Apex, and Salesforce integrations.
Experience with declarative development on Salesforce using Workflows, Approval Processes, Process Builder, Flows, etc.
Previous experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations, both point-to-point and middleware.
Deployments using Copado preferred. Knowledge of GIT and CI/CD is a must.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent preferred.

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (preferred)
Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer (preferred)
