Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HRIS team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate data processing and maintenance according to organizational rules and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS, IT, or a comparable analytical field, preferably in the healthcare industry or Human Resources discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define system requirements and work with external vendors to evaluate and select HRIS software and systems.
  • Analyze and evaluate workforce metrics in collaboration with Finance Analysts to improve human resources capacity planning and maximize labor utilization rates.
  • Utilize hiring, sourcing, attrition, and productivity metrics to provide actionable insights about the current and future states of the workforce.
  • Apply models and methods to develop short and long-term forecasts.
  • Produce reports and visualizations that provide easily understandable information required for decision-making.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for Oracle and other HR systems.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, HiSET, or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
