**Program Evaluation Support for Early Childhood Development**



About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Program Evaluator to support the Early Childhood and Family Support Division at the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in assessing the effectiveness of the Preschool Development Grant Birth to Five initiative, guiding the development and sustainability of an integrated early childhood system in Montana.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Analyzing programmatic, service-related, and surveillance system data to inform evaluation and quality improvement efforts.
* Designing, coordinating, and managing special evaluation procedures where existing data is insufficient.
* Developing and conducting various trainings related to program evaluation and quality improvement issues.
* Designing and conducting program evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of our initiatives.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

* A Bachelor's degree in health science, health education, behavioral or social science, or a closely related field.
* Three years of job-related experience in program evaluation or related health or education programming.
* Experience in early care and education or maternal and child health is preferred.
* Other combinations of directly related education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
