Job Description:

The Staff Pad, a leading provider of healthcare solutions, is seeking an experienced People Services Analyst to join its team in Montana. This role offers the ideal candidate a chance to be part of an organization that aims to set new standards in the industry.

About the Job:

We are searching for a skilled professional with expertise in HRIS and human resources to drive strategic workforce optimization initiatives. The successful candidate will utilize their analytical skills to analyze workforce metrics, identify trends, and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of related experience in HRIS, IT, or a comparable field, preferably in the healthcare industry. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate processing and maintenance of organizational data according to applicable regulations.
  • HR System Requirements: Define system requirements and collaborate with external vendors to select and implement HRIS software and systems.
  • Workforce Analytics: Analyze and evaluate workforce metrics in collaboration with Finance Analysts to improve human resources capacity planning and maximize labor utilization rates.
  • Hiring and Sourcing: Utilize hiring, sourcing, attrition, and productivity metrics to provide actionable insights about the current and future states of the workforce.

The selected candidate will serve as the go-to subject matter expert for Oracle and other HR systems. Additionally, they will perform other duties as assigned by management.

Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
