**Job Title:** Grants Contracts Coordinator 2

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Grants Contracts Coordinator 2 to join our team at the State of Montana. This role is responsible for ensuring the state ran Healthcare Facilities and its contracted providers are in compliance with contract requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate and oversee all healthcare Facilities Division contracting.
  • Supervise the development of Requests for Proposals.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts with division staff.
  • Serve as a contact with contracted providers and monitor contract compliance.
  • Seek resolution of non-compliance issues.
  • Authorize contract payments and implement sanctions for contract non-compliance.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human services, or related field.
  • Four years of support experience with contracts, and/or related high-level administrative support.
  • Experience in contract management and/or resource management is preferred.
