Director of Catering Sales

Blue Fire Catering is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive the growth of our catering and hospitality business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations surpassed.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to ensure they have the tools and training necessary to succeed.
  • Collaborate with event planning, operations, and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Manage the sales budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and a strong return on investment.
  • Represent Blue Fire Catering at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our offerings and strengthen the brand.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvements and new offerings.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality and events industry in the Dallas Metro Area Market.
