Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to join MongoDB as a Customer Success Manager, where you will work closely with our customers to ensure their success with our products. You will collect feedback and identify roadblocks from customers to inform internal teams including Product, Professional Services, and Leadership on how MongoDB can build a stronger product and go-to-market organization. To be successful in this role, you will need to have 9+ years experience working in a Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or other similarly customer-centric role. Additionally, you will need to possess a background and passion for advocating on behalf of customers, a mind for technology, and the ability to act with a high level of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
- Work as a strategic advisor to customers providing them with guidance on MongoDB best practices and their overall technology strategy
- Collect feedback and identify roadblocks from customers to inform internal teams including Product, Professional Services, and Leadership on how MongoDB can build a stronger product and go-to-market organization
- Manage the relationship with Sales Leadership and Account Executives in your territory
- Forecast expected churn and growth to senior leadership team
- Help interview, onboard, and ramp new team members
