Position Summary:
As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to nurture existing relationships and forge new connections with law firms and attorneys, driving revenue and fostering significant sales growth to surpass your targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote deposition services and technologies to both new and existing clientele.
- Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to showcase Veritext's offerings.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns, providing beneficial solutions.
- Document all sales activities, including daily reports, weekly plans, and monthly analyses using Salesforce.
- Stay informed about Veritext's products and services, offering constructive feedback to leadership regarding enhancements and service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met, delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing services (paralegal experience may be considered).
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and innovative, with the ability to devise and implement strategic sales plans.
- Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving within a dynamic business environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Effective presenter, capable of demonstrating products in an engaging and accessible manner.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Professional demeanor, exhibiting timeliness and courtesy.
