About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller in our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, processing transactions, and promoting our financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to bank policies and procedures.
  • Promote and sell our financial products and services to customers, including checking and savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
  • Work collaboratively with other bank employees to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on bank products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ months of experience interacting with people, demonstrated through work, military, or education.
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
  • Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
  • Well-organized, independent and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and adhere to policy guidelines.
