Job Description:

Renesas is seeking a dynamic, entry-level Sales Engineer with a technical background in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering. The ideal candidate will be a determined self-starter who can effectively manage their own schedule and demonstrate consistent growth in learning the role of a Sales Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our footprint in our existing customer base.
  • Learn the Renesas portfolio, opportunity management, customer engagements, and business strategy during a 6-month assignment as an Associate Sales Engineer.
  • Join a sales team in the Milwaukee area as a Technical Sales Engineer, responsible for growing revenue and account management of assigned customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (preferred), Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience relevant to the job description.
  • Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • Strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and basics in embedded system design.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel.
