Role Summary

As a Site Supervisor, you will be instrumental in managing all phases of construction initiatives, from the initial planning stages to the final completion. Your key duties will encompass supervising subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets, upholding quality standards, and nurturing strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in construction management, covering pre-construction, framing, blueprint interpretation, punch list generation, shop drawing assessment, renovations, change order processing, cost estimation, and takeoffs.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Proven leadership capabilities to inspire and guide teams towards achieving project objectives.
  • A meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to delivering superior quality outcomes.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes and industry regulations.
  • The capacity to resolve issues and make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily site operations and ensure compliance with project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities to meet project targets.
  • Ensure a safe and organized job site in accordance with OSHA standards.
  • Perform regular inspections and quality assurance evaluations.
  • Communicate project updates and challenges effectively to clients and management.
  • Assist in the preparation of project estimates and budgets.
