- Develop and manage technology operations budgets and resource plans to ensure effective use of resources and optimal return on investment.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to technology operations teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and support.
- Identify and mitigate technology operations risks and develop strategies to minimize their impact on business operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Walmart Global Tech remains competitive and innovative.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technology operations, with a strong background in strategy, transformation, and project management.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through technology operations initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technology operations risks.
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control, with the ability to develop and manage technology operations budgets and resource plans.
- Strong technical skills, with experience in technology operations tools and platforms.
