Senior Technology Operations Principal

As a Principal Technology Operations Specialist at Walmart Global Tech, you will play a critical role in driving the company's technology strategy and operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives
- Manage and optimize technology systems to ensure high availability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives
- Lead technology projects and initiatives to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
- Develop and manage technology budgets and resource plans
- Ensure compliance with technology policies and procedures
- Provide technical guidance and support to technology teams
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology operations or a related field
- Proven track record of success in technology operations, including experience with technology strategy, project management, and team leadership
- Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
