Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to lead our Last Mile Delivery team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for defining and delivering products that power the purchasing experience for millions of customers.

As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team to pioneer the next frontier of last mile delivery, leveraging the latest technology to get customers whatever they want, how and when they want it.

You will be responsible for driving some of our most strategic new initiatives, which will redefine the platform and experience for years to come.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define vision and strategies for your IP, Vans, and unscheduled demand channels.
  • Develop and enhance products, managing product roadmaps, aligning business and technical needs, analyzing customer and product data, and determining rollout strategy.
  • Drive product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs, and other launch efforts.
  • Work with data science, engineering, and Walmart partners to define data requirements, measurement methodologies, and UX for reporting dashboards.
  • Conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand emerging trends in advertising and identify new opportunities.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key partners, driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years' experience in product management.
  • Or 11 years' experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years' experience as a product manager.
  • Supervisory experience and a background in creating inclusive digital experiences.
