Job Title: Principal Product Manager for Video Playback

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to lead the development of our video playback product. As a key member of our Prime Video team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering a best-in-class digital video customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Prime Video customer and the digital video market segments.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Own the development of detailed product requirements documents.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management teams to deliver on the product roadmap.
  • Drive projects, products, and feature launches with other teams both inside and outside of the Prime Video team.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
  • Experience technical product management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
