Job Summary

The Regional Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple fitness clubs within a designated area. This role requires a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results-oriented teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that each club within the region meets the company's standards for sales, member satisfaction, and retention.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing General Managers and Fitness Managers to lead their respective clubs.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with the corporate team to develop and implement company-wide initiatives and programs.
  • Lead by example and embody the company's values and culture.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the fitness industry, preferably with multi-site management experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, operations, and team leadership.
  • Strong business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
