Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Burn ICU team at the Detroit Medical Center. As a key member of our patient care team, you will provide exceptional care to critically ill patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Burn ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence in patient care

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan
  • Experience in critical care nursing, preferably in a burn ICU setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
