Job Summary

The DMC Receiving Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Burn ICU team. As a key member of our patient care services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Delegate tasks and supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge
  • Participate in shared decision-making activities and report directly to senior unit management
Qualifications
  • Graduation from a school of nursing required
  • BSN preferred
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required
