Job Summary:

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to lead our homecare team in Memphis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the clinical oversight of our homecare clients and patients, ensuring the highest level of care and quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the clinical delivery of homecare services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Lead and develop a team of homecare caregivers, providing ongoing evaluation, education, and training to ensure they possess the necessary skills and competencies to deliver exceptional care.
  • Collaborate with the office clinical leader to develop and implement clinical strategies and initiatives that drive quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular site visits to patients' homes to assess the quality of care and provide feedback to caregivers.
  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for homecare caregivers, ensuring that candidates meet the necessary qualifications and standards.

Requirements:

  • Active RN license required (states in which office and patients are located)
  • Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required
  • Proficiency in the English language is required

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $75,000, plus an annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) savings plan and awards and recognition programs.
