Customer Experience Representative

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient rental experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide superior customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
- Offer additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and service information
- Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors
- Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return
- Notify management of any known customer or vehicle problems
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 1 year customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol-related violations in the past 3 years
Saturday: 7:30am - 2pm
Sunday: 7:30am - 4pm
Tuesday: 4pm - 12am
