Technical Support Specialist

At CASE Credit Union, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, ensuring a smooth operating environment, and monitoring systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Assume responsibility for the effective and efficient operation of systems.
- Provide technical assistance to resolve operational problems as required.
- Assist in ordering and installing equipment.
- Ensure that necessary repairs are promptly performed and that downtime is minimized.
- Establish and maintain good communication and coordination with information system users.
- Keep management informed of problems and of progress attained in reaching established objectives.
- Perform assigned recurring tasks and complete special projects as assigned.
- Knowledge of business software applications and all related computer hardware.
- Strong understanding of Credit Union operations and information output needs.
- Experience Required: Six month to two years of related experience.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train others.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Solid organizational abilities and attention to detail.
This position requires occasional morning, swing, and graveyard shifts. The work environment is typical of an office setting with no hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions.
