Job Description

This role involves managing service orders and workflow to ensure customer satisfaction, providing concierge support for owner inquiries, and distributing work efficiently among technicians. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring that all interactions are positive and professional.

Average Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Manage service orders and workflow to meet customer needs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Distribute work tasks to technicians effectively
  • Answer technical questions and provide guidance on vehicle maintenance
  • Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction levels
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
