Customer Service Associate - Niello Acura

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing transactions and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your primary duties will include:

  • Processing payments for services and products, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and service logs.
  • Overseeing the organization of paperwork and documentation related to transactions.
  • Managing inventory records for parts sold and ensuring warranty claims are processed efficiently.
  • Collaborating with accounting staff to support financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing all charges for accuracy before finalizing transactions.
  • Providing immediate and courteous assistance to both internal and external customers.
  • Ensuring prompt and accurate service at the cash register.
  • Upholding high standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

General Expectations:

Job-Specific Expectations:

This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Tuesday through Saturday.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasional bending, twisting, and reaching.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
