Job Overview
As a valued member of our team, the Customer Service Associate will provide essential support to homebrewers through various communication channels, including email and LiveChat. This role is crucial in assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored product suggestions. Your contributions will help enthusiasts enjoy their brewing journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and LiveChat.
- Demonstrating expertise in our product range and technology to assist customers in selecting items that meet their specific needs.
- Offering brewing guidance, recommendations, and sharing knowledge with customers.
- Upholding customer trust and safeguarding operations by ensuring confidentiality of information.
- Providing support in warehouse fulfillment tasks as required.
- Performing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED is required. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree, along with BJCP or Cicerone certification, is preferred. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience or training in beer brewing or winemaking. Familiarity with basic formulas and standard measurements related to brewing is essential. Proficiency in data handling and basic calculations is expected, along with experience using computers and phone systems in a professional environment.
