Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for GoodLeap during customer interactions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support by leveraging strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Recommend additional GoodLeap products that may benefit customers.
  • Maintain accurate records in GoodLeap systems to document each customer interaction.
  • Address customer issues with diplomacy to ensure satisfaction.
  • Escalate concerns to management when necessary, ensuring clear communication of customer issues.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • Previous experience in solar customer service or sales is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and strong listening skills to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Adaptability to change and flexibility to meet business and team requirements.
  • Ability to accept and implement feedback from leadership.
  • Proven reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Work Schedules: Various schedules are available based on business needs.

Compensation: $22/hr
