Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert for GoodLeap during customer interactions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support by leveraging strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Recommend additional GoodLeap products that may benefit customers.
- Maintain accurate records in GoodLeap systems to document each customer interaction.
- Address customer issues with diplomacy to ensure satisfaction.
- Escalate concerns to management when necessary, ensuring clear communication of customer issues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
- Previous experience in solar customer service or sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and strong listening skills to meet customer needs effectively.
- Adaptability to change and flexibility to meet business and team requirements.
- Ability to accept and implement feedback from leadership.
- Proven reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Work Schedules: Various schedules are available based on business needs.
Compensation: $22/hr
