Business Account Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Account Executive to join our dynamic Field Sales Representative team in Business Sales. As a Business Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth through door-to-door sales to small businesses in the telecommunication sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and proactively establish goals within flexible timelines.
  • Implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational and team goals.
  • Set and achieve your own ambitious sales targets while driving business growth.
  • Leverage in-person customer visits to promote cutting-edge technology solutions, driving engagement and product adoption.
  • Lead negotiations and develop solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers in small business accounts.
  • Engage in cross-department collaborations to align sales efforts with business goals and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales within the telecom industry.
  • Minimum one year of B2B experience in direct sales.
  • Proven track record and experience in consultative sales to small businesses.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

  • Compensation: $53,000 - $110,000 annual salary plus variable bonuses with the ability to over-achieve (no-cap), offering unlimited earnings potential.
