Office Management Assistant

This Administrative Assistant position at Progressive Insurance offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Send records requests and generate follow-up letters in a timely manner
- Conduct discovery work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage office supplies, answer phones, and perform other administrative duties as needed
- A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum three years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- $21.42-$23.80 per hour
- Gainshare bonus up to 16% of eligible earnings based on company performance
