Key Responsibilities
  • Send records requests and generate follow-up letters in a timely manner
  • Conduct discovery work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage office supplies, answer phones, and perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum three years of experience in an administrative role
Preferred Skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Compensation and Benefits
  • $21.42-$23.80 per hour
  • Gainshare bonus up to 16% of eligible earnings based on company performance
