Job Title: Lead Engineering Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team as a Lead Engineering Assistant. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the design and delivery of civil engineering projects, with a focus on electrical substations, high-voltage transmission lines, site access, grading, and stormwater management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, with a deep understanding of relevant design software and standards. They will also be able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
• Assist project teams in the design and delivery of civil engineering projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians

The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role. They will also have excellent technical skills, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
