Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient rehabilitation team at Clinical Management Consultants. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care, developing tailored treatment plans, and overseeing Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs).

This position requires effective communication skills to explain treatment goals and techniques to patients and their families, ensuring they are actively involved in their recovery. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and attending continuing education opportunities.

In return for your expertise, we offer a generous compensation package, including a base salary of $105,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits.
