About This Role

This full-time position offers an hourly rate of $17.60-$21.99, with opportunities for growth based on experience. As a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Clinic Assistant, you will provide world-class healthcare services, support clinicians, and participate in health center activities to achieve productivity and revenue cycle goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client-centered customer service and ensure clients are at the center of decision-making.
  • Participate in health center initiatives to achieve established goals.
  • Partner with center managers and clinicians to create efficient systems and processes.
  • Understand and adhere to organizational and clinical standards, protocols, and policies.
  • Provide factual patient information and education.
  • Perform technical and administrative tasks, including medical charting, blood pressure checks, lab work, and office functions.
Requirements
  • Solution-oriented attitude and ability to handle confidential information with diplomacy.
  • Comfort discussing sexuality, contraception, STIs, and pregnancy options.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent necessary.
