Role Overview
As a Manager of Transformation and Change, you will:

  • Assist clients in attaining sustainable performance and organizational enhancements
  • Oversee and coordinate Sia resources on various projects
  • Mentor and develop consultants within your business unit or on specific accounts
  • Design a tailored project management roadmap aligned with project needs and execute change management activities throughout each project phase
  • Employ project management frameworks and methodologies in diverse roles
  • Conduct impact assessments, evaluate change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Provide comprehensive status reports on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health
  • Anticipate organizational changes associated with large-scale implementations and plan necessary change management and communication strategies
  • Ensure key change initiatives meet business, scheduling, and budgetary objectives
  • Establish metrics to help clients track progress, reinforce desired behaviors, and enhance implementation outcomes
  • Collaborate with other initiatives to ensure alignment on timelines and project overlaps
  • Create executive-level presentations
  • Develop training and readiness content utilizing best practices from customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client value
  • Contribute to internal functions such as recruitment and marketing
  • Drive business development efforts to meet personal sales targets
  • Engage in activities that support our organizational culture
  • Work collaboratively with internal and client project teams, contributing to internal communications and readiness initiatives
  • Maintain program sites as a repository for all project-related information
  • Contribute to the creation of high-quality, timely deliverables

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Over 10 years of experience leading significant project management engagements with successful outcomes in complex organizations
  • Required consulting experience
  • A bachelor's degree
  • Preferred experience consulting on a Microsoft Account
  • Knowledge of project and change management principles and methodologies
  • Strong coaching and influencing abilities, with a talent for guiding others towards a shared vision
  • Proven ability to build trust and value-based relationships across all organizational levels
  • Solid facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management frameworks
  • Preferred certifications in Agile, Prosci, or other change management methodologies
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity
  • A confident, self-aware team player who values feedback
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic
