Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of successful project or program management experience in the financial services sector.
  • Extensive experience in technical project management; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Proven ability to organize, lead, and execute large-scale projects.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building trust and collaborating in dynamic environments.
  • Strong accountability and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable tasks.
  • Quick adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Strong networking skills to foster partnerships across functions and stakeholders.
  • Ability to facilitate sound decision-making processes.
  • Results-oriented self-starter with a proactive approach, especially under pressure.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with various project management methodologies, including waterfall, hybrid, and agile.
  • Six Sigma certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
