Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train Front Desk staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent guest service.
  • Operations: Oversee the Front Desk operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
