This role will focus on developing a next-generation retail media network, connecting $1B+ in advertiser demand to high-intent shoppers on post-purchase surfaces beyond Shopify.

About the Job

This Senior Manager position will spearhead the growth strategy, building monetization partnerships with leading consumer platforms and post-purchase surfaces. The ideal candidate will drive significant expansion of Disco's network inventory, creating new opportunities for over 1,000 advertisers to connect with and acquire new shoppers. As a quota-carrying role, you will manage end-to-end deal management, including prospecting, selling, negotiating, and closing deals, as well as post-deal execution. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams ensures seamless implementation and ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and pursue high-value partnerships.
  • Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including publishers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Negotiating complex contracts and agreements to drive mutual benefit and growth.
  • Defining business requirements and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Representing Disco at industry-wide events and conferences.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in advertising business development/sales, corporate development, banking, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex sales pipelines.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
