As a Commercial Partnerships Manager at The Dispatch, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with brand partners. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

You will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies that meet the needs of both The Dispatch and our brand partners. This will involve identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and negotiating agreements that benefit both parties.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. In addition to base salary, performance bonuses and equity will also be included in the compensation package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, providing regular insights and reporting to clients.
  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities, continually expanding the value of partnerships and driving incremental revenue.
  • Work closely with content, editorial, and marketing teams to ensure partnerships align with The Dispatch's brand values and audience expectations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • ~5+ years of experience in partnerships, media sales, or business development, ideally within media or publishing.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and metrics-driven decision making.
