**Job Description**As a Publisher Development Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day interactions with a portfolio of publisher customer accounts at Impact. Your goal is to deliver a world-class partner experience that builds trust, retention, and loyalty.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Meet publisher account growth targets to increase revenue
- Create development plans to build trust, retention, and loyalty with publisher partners
- Identify and propose new matchmaking efforts for publishers with Impact advertiser partners
- Analyze publisher data quarterly to ensure engagement and growth
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Affiliate/Publisher knowledge: Experience in performance marketing with an in-depth understanding of affiliate platforms, publisher types, and payment models
- Strong communication skills: Effectively collaborate with publishers, advertisers, agencies, and internal teams
- Data-driven approach: Accurately measure program effectiveness and use findings to improve processes
- Prioritization: Prioritize activities based on potential return for all audiences
- Visionary thinking: Diagnose potential issues before they arise
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$100,000 base + 25% variable compensation plan (base + commission) for an OTE of $100,000K- $125,000 per year, plus eligibility to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
