Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Quality department in ensuring that products meet Toro and customer expectations.
  • Lead at least one Quality-focused project to present to the leadership team.
  • Work on problem-solving activities following the Corrective Action system.
  • Review audit/inspection data for improvement opportunities.
  • Audit products as they move through the assembly process.
  • Inspect potentially non-conforming components.
  • Interface with other departments in the manufacturing facility as needed.
Requirements
  • Must be enrolled in an educational program during the duration of the internship program.
  • Must be enrolled in an Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Quality educational program.
  • High attention to detail along with strong documentation skills required.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred.
