Job Overview

ServiceNet is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Program Director to lead our Residential Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the program, ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients, and promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the start-up and setup of the program, including hiring staff, program development, and licensing regulations.
  • Oversee the overall operation of the program, including daily affairs, welfare, and safety of clients.
  • Teach and model Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies to staff.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans for clients, including nutrition, dress, sleep, and medical services.
  • Manage client money and respond to crisis situations via our 24-hour rotating on-call system.
  • Participate in team meetings, ISP Reviews, and Treatment Team reviews.
  • Develop and maintain agency certifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and supervisory/management experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience working with developmental disabilities/brain injury population.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
Benefits
  • $50,079-$52,139 salary range based on workload, experience, and education.

Work Environment

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with on-call schedule/rotation. Office located at residential program site.
