We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Professor to join our faculty team at Elms College. As a tenure-track faculty member, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of nursing education and contributing to the academic excellence of our institution.

• Curriculum Development and Implementation: Develop and implement high-quality nursing curriculum that aligns with the College's mission and accreditation standards.
• Teaching and Mentoring: Teach and mentor nursing students in a variety of settings, including classroom and clinical environments.
• Service and Scholarship: Engage in service to the College and the profession through committee work, research, and other scholarly activities.
• Program Evaluation and Improvement: Participate in ongoing program evaluation and improvement efforts to ensure the highest quality of nursing education.

• Education: Master's degree in nursing or related field; doctoral degree preferred.
• Clinical Experience: Significant clinical experience in a specialty field.
• Teaching Experience: Experience teaching nursing students in a variety of settings.
• Leadership Experience: Experience in leadership roles, such as program director or department chair.
