Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Member Services Representative to join our team at Partnership HealthPlan of California. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, resolving complex issues, and leading our member services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, resolving complex issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead and manage the member services team, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor call queues, ensure adequate coverage, and make adjustments as needed to optimize service delivery.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the member services team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve member issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in policies, procedures, and regulations, and ensure that the member services team is aware of these changes.
  • Conduct regular monitoring sessions with team members, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve service delivery and member satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum three years of experience in a managed care or member services environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in business software applications and computer keyboard skills.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish, Tagalog, or Russian preferred.
